Transport for London (TfL) said all other bus, Tube and rail services will operate as normal.
However, it warned that nearby routes may be busier than usual.
TfL has advised travellers to consider alternative public transport options and to allow extra time for their journeys.
The dispute centres on bullying allegations, which Stagecoach ‘utterly refute’.
Many of the disrupted routes pass through busy areas such as Stratford, a major London shopping district.
Other destinations affected include East Ham, Walthamstow, Hackney Wick, Newham, Dalston Junction and Bromley-by-Bow.
TfL’s journey planner and TfL Go app are available to help passengers find real-time travel information.
Passengers heading to the January sales, commuting to work, or making other plans in east London are advised to check before travelling.
