A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police has told this paper the force is making “urgent enquiries” after a spate of stabbings in Edgware Road on Sunday (January 4).
Three men were discovered with stab wounds after officers received reports of “multiple stabbings” at 12.50am.
All three were then taken to hospital for their injuries, where one man is currently in a “life-threatening condition”.
A second man was deemed to have suffered “life-changing” injuries, while a third was treated for minor injuries.
No arrests have been made at this stage, but the Met Police is making “urgent enquiries”.
A spokesperson for the Met said: “Around 00:50hrs on Monday, 5 January, officers attended Edgware Road, W2, with the London Ambulance Service following reports of multiple stabbings.
“Three men were treated at the scene for stab wounds.
“They were taken to hospital, where one man, aged in his 20s, remains in life-threatening condition.
“A second man, aged in his 30s, suffered life-changing injuries, while the third, aged in his 20s, was left with minor injuries.
“No arrests have been made at this stage, and police are making urgent enquiries.”

Edgware Road remains closed at the time of writing, between Connaught Street and George Street.
