Bellway’s Fielders Quarter West Circus, part of the Barking Riverside scheme, took home the award for Best Design for Four Storeys or More at the 2025 Housebuilder Awards.
The 229-home project forms the fourth phase of Bellway’s Fielders Quarters development, where Bellway is building more than 2,000 new homes as part of the wider Barking Riverside community.
David Burns, managing director of Bellway’s Barking Project Team, said: “Bellway is playing a major role in the creation of this modern and thriving riverside community on the north bank of the Thames.

The development comprises six apartment buildings of three to nine storeys, along with two rows of three-storey townhouses set along a central neighbourhood street.
Amenities include a gym, work hub, cafes, shops and a park to the north of the site.
More than 1,600 square metres of biodiverse roofing supports wildlife.
Sustainability features include a district heat network and an automated vacuum waste collection system, both designed to lower carbon emissions.
Barking Riverside is a major residential development designed to transform the former Barking Power Station site on the north bank of the River Thames into a new community of thousands of homes.
