The force, along with community organisations like the Bexley Community Safety Partnership, will discuss hate crime, support services, and ways to keep the community safe on Thursday, January 22.
The event, aiming to ‘define what hate crime is,’ will also ‘share strategies to prevent prejudice.’
It will be from 5pm to 7pm at the Learning and Enterprise College in Brampton Road.
Notable groups attending, including the London Borough of Bexley and Welling Dialogue Society.
It is free, but attendees need to register to join on the website.
A spokesperson for the event said: “Let’s build a safer, more respectful Bexley – together.”
