Ruben Nunes, from Peterborough, died at the scene after the incident in Chapel Close on December 3.
Police were called to the scene at 12.44pm and an investigation was launched shortly after finding the 34-year-old.
The following day (December 4) a man was arrested.
He has been named as Shakaine Dwyer, 29, and has been charged with murder on Monday (December 29).
Dwyer will appear at Highbury Corner Magistrate’s Court on January 19, 2026.
He was previously charged on December 7 with causing death by dangerous driving.
A second man, Gregory Ejiofor, has also been charged in connection with this investigation.
The 31-year-old from Milton Keynes appeared in custody on December 9 charged with possession of a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence (S16A Firearms Act 1968).
He will next appear at Southwark Crown Court on Tuesday (December 6).
