The incident occurred on St Dunstans Hill shortly before 2.35pm on December 30.
St Dunstans Hill was blocked to traffic in both directions for hours whilst the scene was dealt with and crash investigation work was carried out.
The London Ambulance Service was called to the scene at 2.37pm, dispatching an ambulance crew and an incident response officer.
Firefighters from the London Fire Brigade were also in attendance.
A man was found injured and was taken to hospital.
His condition is unknown at this stage.
The London Fire Brigade has been contacted for a comment.
