National Rail has reported likely severe delays to Eurostar services at London St Pancras International as a result of a problem with the overhead power supply in the Channel Tunnel.
It is impacting Eurostar trains between the station and Paris Gare du Nord.
The issue was first reported shortly after 11am this morning (December 30), and it is unclear at this stage when services will recover.
Customers are advised to “check before you travel”.
National Rail said: “We strongly advise all passengers to postpone their journey to a different date.
“Please don’t come to the station unless you already have a ticket to travel.”
Along with expected severe delays, services could experience last-minute cancellations.
