The incident happened in Chapel Close shortly before 12.45pm on December 3.
Officers attended and a man in his 30s was found injured and was pronounced dead at the scene.
He has since been named as Ruben Nunes from Peterborough.
A 29-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of murder on December 4 and remains in custody at this stage.

A heightened police presence is to be expected in the area over coming days.
Det Chf Supt Luke Williams said: “This is a distressing incident and we understand the concern it will cause for the local community.
“Our thoughts are with Ruben’s family and friends at this difficult time.
“If you live nearby, you can expect to see an increased police presence in the area while officers carry out their investigation. This will include an increase of officers on patrol – please do speak to them if you have any worries or concerns.

Enquiries into the circumstances remain ongoing.
