Man charged with murder after broad daylight Wembley stabbing
Police were called to a stabbing on Wembley High Road at around 1pm on Monday.
A 22-year-old man was taken to hospital where he later died.
Kevon Jenkins, 22, of Wharton Close in Brent has been charged with murder and possession of a knife and is due to court tomorrow (December 4).
Man in 40s stabbed in arm before trailing blood into McDonald’s in Islington
It was the second stabbing on Monday after a man in his 40s trailed blood into a McDonald’s in Islington.
Police were called to Macdonald Road in Archway at around 1.20am and the victim was rushed to hospital with a stab wound in his arm.
His injuries are not life-changing and there have been no arrests.
Man, 49, dies after being found unresponsive in Islington park
That same day, a man died in Wray Crescent park in Islington following an incident.
The nature of the incident has not yet been confirmed but it is not being treated by police as suspicious.
Man, 34, who died in Willesden car crash named for first time
On Wednesday (December 3) a 34-year-old man died following a crash in Willesden.
Paramedics and the air ambulance were called to the junction of Chapel Close and Chantry Crescent at around 12.40pm.
The man, identified as Ruben Nunes from Peterborough, died at the scene.
A second man in his 30s was also injured but is not in a serious condition.
There have been no arrests and the Met Police is keeping an “open mind in relation to what happened” in the “distressing incident”.
Roof of car workshop ‘collapses’ after HUGE 2-hour blaze in Plumstead
The next day (December 4), firefighters were called to a blaze at a car workshop on Vicarage Park in Plumstead just after 6am.
40 firefighters eventually brought the fire under control by 8.18am using six fire engines.
The cause of the fire is not yet known.
The Met Police is asking anyone with information on the stabbings or crash to get in contact.
