The incident happened in High Road at the junction of London Road at around 1pm on December 1.
Officers and London Ambulance Service crews attended and a man was taken to hospital, however, he later died.
Kevon Jenkins, 22, of Wharton Close in Brent has since been charged with murder and possession of a pointed and bladed object.
He will appear at Highbury Magistrates’ Court tomorrow (December 4).
His family are being supported by police officers.
Jenkins was arrested on suspicion of murder on December 2.
A woman, aged 21, was arrested at the same time on suspicion of assisting an offender and has since been bailed pending further enquiries.
