The incident happened in High Road near London Road at around 1pm today (December 1).
London Ambulance Service crews attended alongside a team from the air ambulance and treated a man at the scene.

He was taken to hospital “as a priority” where his current condition is not yet known.
There is a cordon in place with High Road and London Road closed.
A spokesperson for London Ambulance Service said: “We were called at 12.55pm today (1 December) to reports of a stabbing on High Road, Wembley.
“We sent resources to the scene, including an ambulance crew, paramedics in fast response cars and an incident response officer. We also dispatched a trauma team in a car from London’s Air Ambulance.
“We treated a man at the scene and took him to hospital as a priority.”
