79-year-old Anthony was reported missing from Barnet General Hospital around 7pm yesterday (November 29).
He was wearing black jeans, a black jacket, and black shoes.
The Metropolitan Police says he has links to Hampstead Heath and Finchley.
Those in the Barnet area may notice an increased police presence this evening as officers are searching the area to locate Anthony and ensure his welfare.
Anyone who has seen him or has any further information is asked to call 999 quoting CAD 6697 of 29 November.
