The YMCA Orchestra will perform its annual Christmas charity concert at Romford United Reformed Church in Western Road on Sunday, December 7, at 4.30pm.
The concert will raise funds for the YMCA cancer rehabilitation programme, which supports individuals recovering from cancer through specialist fitness and wellbeing services.
Karen Tweddle, who has led the orchestra since 2014, said: “I love running this group, and I am delighted to be able to give my time back to the community and support such a brilliant cause.
“If you play an orchestral instrument, we’d love to hear from you – new members are always welcome.”
The concert will feature a mix of seasonal favourites, classical pieces, and audience carols.
Tickets are priced at £8 for adults and £4 for children.
