Emergency services were called to Ravenswood Avenue, near High Street, on Wednesday (November 26) at 4.30pm following reports of a knife attack.
A cordon could be seen near the vicinity of Station Road.
Medics treated a male, whose age has not been shared at this time, at the scene before he was taken to hospital as a priority.
His condition is unknown at this time of reporting, but the Metropolitan Police has been approached for further information.
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 4.30pm on Wednesday 26 November to reports of a stabbing in Ravenswood Avenue, West Wickham.
“We sent an ambulance crew, a paramedic in a fast response car and an incident response officer to the scene.
“We treated a patient at the scene and took him to a major trauma centre as a priority.”
