The London Ambulance Service was called to Homerton High Street at 6.39am this morning (November 25) with reports of an incident.
An ambulance crew was dispatched to the scene, where a male was found injured.
He was treated before being taken to hospital as a priority.
Homerton High Street was taped off by police, with buses placed on diversion.
A spokesperson for LAS said: “We were called at 6.39am today (25 November) to reports of a road traffic collision in Homerton High Street, Hackney.

“We sent an ambulance crew to the scene.
“We treated a patient at the scene and took him to hospital as a priority.”
