London Ambulance Service was called at 6.47pm on Sunday, November 23 to reports of a stabbing on Walthamstow High Street.
A number of resources were sent to the scene including ambulance crews, an incident response officer and London’s air ambulance.
A man was treated at the scene before being taken to hospital.
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 6.47pm on Sunday 23 November to reports of a stabbing in Walthamstow High St, E17.
“We sent resources to the scene including ambulance crews, an incident response officer and London’s air ambulance.
“We treated a man at the scene before taking him to a London major trauma centre.”
