The London Ambulance Service was called to Becontree Avenue shortly after 9.30pm on November 24 with reports of an incident.
An ambulance crew, paramedic in a fast response car, and a member of the Tactical Response Unit were dispatched to the scene.
A male was found injured and was treated before being taken to hospital.
His condition remains unclear at this stage and his age has not been confirmed.
We have approached the Metropolitan Police for further detail.

A spokesperson for LAS said: “We were called at 9.33pm yesterday (24 November) to reports of an assault in Becontree Avenue, Dagenham.
“We sent an ambulance crew, a paramedic in a fast response car and a member of our Tactical Response Unit to the scene.
“We treated a patient at the scene and took him to hospital.”
