Surrey Police is appealing for the public’s help to find 23-year-old Charlie Summers.
Summers is wanted for affray, a public-order offence involving violent or threatening behaviour.
He has links to Epsom and Ewell, as well as Bracknell in Berkshire.
Summers is described as a white man, around 6 feet 1 and of medium build.
He has shoulder-length light brown hair and a beard.
