The footage shows a dark Range Rover with a white roof near the scene where 23-year-old Camilo Palacio was shot dead on High Road on July 24, 2022.
The car was seen driving along Williams Grove and Pellatt Grove, before heading back towards Stuart Crescent just before the shooting.
It then left the area via Ewart Grove and White Hart Lane, and was seen on Turnpike Lane later that evening.
At around 4am on July 25, the Range Rover was found on fire on Alexandra Road, Barnet; the fire is believed to have been started deliberately.

Officers are keen to speak to anyone who saw the distinctive vehicle around the time of the shooting or in the days leading up to it.
A reward of up to £20,000 is being offered by Crimestoppers for information that leads to the identification and conviction of those responsible for Camilo’s murder.
Detective Inspector Devan Taylor, who is leading the investigation, said: “It’s been three years since Camilo was killed, and we will not stop until those responsible for his death face justice.
“Camilo was shot on a public street, in a residential area and we believe there may still be people out there who have not spoken to us.
“We are particularly keen to speak to anyone who remembers seeing the distinctive vehicle and can provide more information about it.
“We understand people may be concerned about talking to the police, which is why we are being supported by Crimestoppers where people can provide information anonymously.
“Even the smallest piece of information could be crucial to our investigation and could lead to us finding and convicting those responsible and getting answers for Camilo’s loved ones.”
Officers were called at 9.30pm on July 24, 2022, to reports of a shooting on High Road.
They found Camilo with gunshot injuries and provided immediate first aid.
Despite their efforts, and those of the London Ambulance Service and London’s Air Ambulance, Camilo was pronounced dead at the scene.
Camilo was last seen on CCTV wearing a grey tracksuit and white trainers, walking with a friend on the footpath towards High Road at 9.26pm when the gunshots started.
They both ran away but Camilo was hit and fatally wounded.
In total, 11 people have been arrested in connection with the murder investigation and two men have been convicted of perverting the course of justice, however, officers have never identified Camilo’s killer.
Alexa Loukas, London regional manager at Crimestoppers, said: “Camilo’s family have endured an unimaginable loss, and someone out there knows something that could finally help them get justice.
“If you remember seeing the distinctive dark Range Rover with a white roof around the time of the murder, or in the days leading up to it, please come forward.
“Even the smallest detail about this vehicle could be the breakthrough detectives urgently need.
“Crimestoppers are here for anyone who has information about Camilo’s murder and wants to do the right thing and speak up.
“We offer a way that you can do that without ever having to have any contact with the police or having to make a witness statement.
“You will never be asked for your personal details, but what you share could help provide a key piece of information to help bring justice for Camilo and his family.”
Anyone with information is asked to contact the police on 101 or online, quoting ‘Operation Wattside’ or visit the Major Incident Police Portal (MIPP).
Alternatively, you can contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
