“With its combination of strategic location, flexible internal layout, and ample parking, this property represents an excellent opportunity for a wide range of commercial uses.”

It was one of three libraries in Havering – along with those in Gidea Park and Harold Wood – to shut in April in an attempt by Havering Council to save £288,000.
Councillors previously said it hoped to open new community venues and a centre for respite care in their place – including building an extra floor on the South Hornchurch branch.
After the closures, it was announced that Gidea Park Library would become the temporary home of construction firm Galliford Try, ahead of the council’s proposals for Balgores Special School next door.
