The change is part of a collaboration with The Walt Disney Company to celebrate the upcoming release of Zootropolis 2.
Visitors arriving on November 17 were greeted by new signage and decorations, as the shopping centre began its two-week-long transformation.

The centre’s famous horse logo has been redesigned as Mayor Winddancer, a new stallion character from the film.
Bluewater’s Thames Walk escalator has been converted into a Zootropolis 2-themed slide, providing visitors with an interactive experience as part of the celebrations.

Visitors can also enjoy a statue of Russ the Walrus, one of the new characters in the film, which has been installed in one of Bluewater’s lakes.
Families can engage with vibrant pop-ups, interactive touchpoints, and surprise appearances from much-loved characters Nick Wilde and Judy Hopps.

The new Zoowater branding can be seen at key entry points throughout the centre, including the Wintergarden entrance, six main road arches, and four interior locations.
James Waugh, centre director at Bluewater, said: “We’re thrilled to have officially launched Zoowater today.
“This collaboration with The Walt Disney Company is a landmark moment for us and brings something truly magical to Bluewater.
“From the reimagined branding to the themed slide, we’ve created an experience that offers fun and discovery for visitors of all ages.”

Zootropolis 2, from the Oscar-winning team behind Zootropolis and Encanto, will be released in the UK on November 28.

It follows rookie cops Judy Hopps (Ginnifer Goodwin) and Nick Wilde (Jason Bateman) as they face a new challenge when Gary De’Snake (voiced by Academy Award winner Ke Huy Quan) shakes up the city.
The Zootropolis 2-themed slide will be open from November 17 to 23 between Boots and LEGO, operating during the following hours:
Monday 17 – Friday 21 November: 11am – 5.30pm
Saturday 22 November: 9am – 6pm
Sunday 23 November: 11am – 5pm
