In England the legal breath limit for driving is 35 micrograms of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath, whilst the limit in urine tests is 107 milligrams of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath.
Darmarajen Sydamah, 61, of Bromley Gardens in Bromley, admitted drink driving on Shortlands Road on August 23. He gave a breath reading of 97 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
Sydamah was given a one-year community order including 80 hours of unpaid work. He was also given a two-year driving ban which may be reduced if he completes a course.
Celia Da Silva Abreu, 37, of Glassmill Lane in Bromley, admitted drink driving on Mill Vale on September 27. She gave a breath reading of 70 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
Abreu was given a £450 fine. She was also 20-month driving ban which may be reduced if she completes a course.
Brett Davis, 49, of Lezayre Road in Orpington, admitted drink driving on Lezayre Road on April 30. He gave a urine reading of 161 milligrams of alcohol in 100 milligrams of urine.
Davis was given a £859 fine and a one-year driving ban which may be reduced if he completes a course.
Soyhan Behic, 35, of Yorkland Avenue in Welling, admitted drink driving on Shooters Hill Road on October 15. He gave a breath reading of 80 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
Behic was given a £403 fine. He was also given a 20-month driving ban which may be reduced if he completes a course.
Nathan Cooper, 33, of Kechill Gardens in Hayes, admitted drink driving on Westmoreland Road on October 15. He gave a breath reading of 114 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
Cooper was given a £381 fine. He was also given a two-year-and-four-month driving ban which may be reduced if he completes a course.
Patrick Cash, 39, of Layhams Road in Keeston, admitted drink driving on Durham Road on August 6. He gave a breath reading of 91 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
Cash was given a £450 fine and a 23-month driving ban which may be reduced if he completes a course.
