The incident happened in Sandy Lane near Loampit Road at around 10.05pm yesterday (November 14).
Officers and London Ambulance Service crews attended and found a woman injured.
She was treated at the scene before being taken to hospital where her condition is unknown.
It is unclear how she sustained her injuries.
We have contacted the Metropolitan Police for further information.
A spokesperson for London Ambulance Service said: “We were called at 10.05pm yesterday (14 November) to reports of a person injured in Sandy Lane, Erith.
“We sent an ambulance crew and paramedics in fast response cars to the scene.
“We treated a patient at the scene and took her to hospital as a priority.”
