The London Ambulance Service was called at around 10.45pm yesterday (November 12) to Dudden Hill Lane.
Paramedics arrived and treated two people at the scene for stab wounds.
They were both taken to hospital where their condition is not yet known.
It is not known yet if there have been any arrests.
Met Police has been contacted for further information.
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 10.41pm on Wednesday 12 November to reports of a stabbing on Dudden Hill Lane, NW10.
“We sent resources to the scene, including ambulance crews, paramedics in fast response cars and an incident response officer.
“We also dispatched a trauma team in a car from London’s Air Ambulance.
“We [treated] two patients at the scene for stab wounds and took them both to a major trauma centre.”
