Hotel conversion
The Clarendon Hotel could be converted into specialist accommodation for older people.
The Grade II listed building would undergo a range of changes, including the demolition of some rear additions and the restoration of its facades and windows.
Plans also include new glazed links connecting the existing building to a proposed new development.
Internally, all heritage fabric identified would be retained, while non-original elements and some partitions would be removed.
The scheme also involves localised demolition of floor plates and chimney breasts to allow for lifts, service risers, double height space and new apartment layouts.
Roof alteration
A property at 16 Belmont Hill in the Belmont Conservation Area is seeking permission to change its approved roofing material.
The application proposes replacing the originally approved slate with Riverstone Ultra natural slate.
This change would apply to both the main planning permission and the listed building consent previously granted.
Refurbishment
A home at 22 Dartmouth Row in the Blackheath Conservation Area is set for internal and external refurbishment.
Plans include work to the lower ground floor, installation of new finishes and a floor slab, creation of a shower room and damp-proofing to the front vaults.
Externally, the proposal includes reinstating traditional front garden surfaces, replacing front railings, rear French doors, and sash windows, and repairing the lead flat roof.
Window replacement
In the Brockley Conservation Area, 9 Bridge House on Adelaide Avenue has applied to replace its windows.
Retrospective permission
A partially retrospective application has been submitted for 203 and 205 Deptford High Street.
The proposal covers a range of internal and external changes, including new windows, doors, internal walls, ceilings, staircases, a rear air conditioning unit, and rooflights.
Window replacement
Retrospective permission is also sought for the replacement of windows at the second-floor rear level of 3 Belle Vue Court on Devonshire Road in Forest Hill.
Live/work unit upgrade
Plans have been submitted to refurbish a live/work unit at 7A Havelock Walk in Forest Hill.
The proposal includes internal reconfiguration, converting part of the ground floor to residential use, extending the first-floor layout, and adding terraces and outdoor amenity space at second-floor level.
Flat conversion
In Lee, 8 Brightfield Road is proposed for conversion into one studio and one self-contained flat.
The application also includes the creation of a rear roof terrace with a balustrade.
Extension
Also in Lee, 58 Handen Road is seeking permission to replace its existing single-storey extension and orangery with a new rear single-storey extension featuring a parapet and two glazed hipped roofs.
Window and door replacement
At 24 Manor Lane in Lee, an application has been submitted to replace existing windows and doors.
Office to residential
In Ladywell, Unit E at The Rivoli Apartment on Ladywell Road is proposed for conversion from an office or meeting room to a self-contained flat.
Loft conversion
In Sydenham, 4 Bishopsthorpe Road is seeking permission to convert its loft space.
The plans include a front sun tunnel, replacement of an existing roof light, and the installation of three rear rooflights.
