When it comes to London and roast dinners, there are endless options to choose from.
Whether you can have a classic pub roast or fancy a posh restaurant dinner and even a buffet, there is something for everyone.
But when it comes to the best, there can only be one.
Recently, the Muddy Stilettos shared a list of the best roast dinners in the UK, including spots in London.
For London, The Laundry in Brixton made the list for its ‘superb’ Sunday roast dinner.
You can see the full list via the Muddy Stilettos.
The ‘superb’ Sunday roast dinner among best in London
Sharing why The Laundry made the list, Muddy Stilettos explains: “This award-winning restaurant lays claim to the best Sunday roast in South London and Muddy has to agree, it’s great fodder.
“Kick things off with the burrata, fig and Parma ham with pomegranate, then loosen your belt and dive into the main event: 28-day aged Hereford sirloin with creamed horseradish and Yorkshire pudding, rolled roast pork belly with apple sauce, yorkies and proper crackling or a roast squash and sage tart with miso caramel chestnuts and chilli samba.
“All come loaded with roast potatoes, glazed carrots, minted peas, squash and gravy.”
The Laundry’s website described its roasts as offering “premium cuts of meat” with the option of rolled roast pork belly and 28-day aged Hereford sirloin.
The vegan choice is a Tarte tatin, made of beetroot and red onion with a goddess dressing.
All roasts come with bottomless gravy and roast vegetables.
On Tripadvisor, one recent guest to The Laundry said: “The food was fantastic.
