The incident happened in Bromley Road at the junction with Watt’s lane around 2pm today (November 4)
The London Ambulance Service dispatched an ambulance crew, incident response officer and paramedic.
Two people were treated at the scene.

One person was taken to hospital and the other was discharged at the scene.
The condition of the hospitalised person is currently not known.
Pictures provided by Facebook group MY Bromley show a Superloop bus with a damaged bumper in Bromley Road.
A man in high-visibility clothing appears to be removing debris from the road in front of the bus.

Emergency response vehicles can also be seen with their blue lights on.
The Metropolitan Police has been contacted for further information.
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 1.59pm today (November 4) to reports of a road traffic collision at the junction of Bromley Road and Watts Lane, Chislehurst.
“We sent resources to the scene, including an ambulance crew, an incident response officer and a paramedic in a fast response car.
“We treated two people.
“We took one patient to hospital and discharged the other patient at the scene.”
