Amiel, 25 was last seen over 24 hours ago at 1:45pm yesterday (November 2) in Hither Green.
He is described to be a black male, 5ft 3in tall, of a slim build and has short black hair.
He was last seen to be wearing a red t-shirt, navy blue knee length shorts and sliders.
Detective Sergeant Anne-Marie Madden from the Missing Person’s Unit has said: “We are concerned for the welfare of Amiel, he is vulnerable and may be frightened if approached.
“Amiel has a keen interest in trains and transport, so please do keep an eye out at your local station and on your commute.
“If you see Amiel, please dial 999 as soon as possible quoting CAD3781/02Nov.”
