The festive experience, hosted by St Clare Hospice in partnership with Harlow Garden Centre and Blue Diamond Garden Centres, will run from November 29 to December 21, 2025.
Each ticket will include a personal visit with Santa and his elves, with time to share Christmas wishes and a photo, a special festive present to take home, and a chance to gather food for Rudolph ready for Christmas Eve.
Ellie Gale, relationship fundraising manager at St Clare Hospice, said: “We’re absolutely delighted to be partnering with Harlow Garden Centre for the very first time to bring the magic of Christmas to our local community.
“Our new Santa’s Grotto experience will give families the chance to make special festive memories together, while supporting the vital care St Clare Hospice provides for people across West Essex and East Hertfordshire.
“Every visit helps us make a real difference for local families this Christmas and beyond.”
The grotto will also offer dedicated SEND sessions with sensory-friendly adjustments.
St Clare Hospice encourages early booking due to high demand and limited availability.
Tickets cost £15 (plus booking fee) per child, including entry for up to two accompanying adults.
Bookings can be made at stclarehospice.org.uk/santas-grotto.
