The event returns on November 1 after a six-year break, and a collaboration with Slammin Events allows for the reduced ticket sales.
The concession tickets offer a 25 per cent discount.
They are being distributed through the Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme, which aids children and youngsters who receive benefits-related free school meals.
Families who are eligible will receive a unique booking code from the council’s HAF delivery partners.
The tickets are given out on a first-come, first-served basis.
Councillor Sakina Sheikh, cabinet member for communities, culture, sports, and libraries, said: “We know how nostalgic Blackheath Fireworks are to our residents.
“That’s why we’ve been keen to bring them back through a new partnership.
“We want to ensure this iconic event remains inclusive and to help achieve this we are offering 1,000 concession tickets to low-income families.
“Blackheath Fireworks have always been about bringing the community together to have fun, and it’s that spirit of celebration that so many have missed.”
The fireworks display will be set to music and is expected to start at around 8pm.
As well as the display, people can enjoy live music performances, DJs including Radio 2’s Spoony, a mass singalong, comedy acts, and a funfair.
Tickets can be purchased at blackheathfireworks.com
Tickets for the general public are also on sale for £16 for adults, £10 for 10 to 15-year-olds, and £5 for under-10s.
Family tickets start at £40.
The council advises that early booking is strongly recommended to avoid disappointment.
