“This topping out is a milestone in the development,” Bellway’s director David Burns said. “It is a new view of the surrounding landscape with tall buildings creating an impressive gateway to Fielders Quarter.”
The first homes went on sale in July with the keys ready to be handed over to buyers in 2027.
Bellway is building 2,000 homes at Fielders Quarter as part of the regeneration of the former Barking Power Station site, which is earmarked eventually for 20,000 homes.
