TOAD Bakery in Camberwell and Milk Run in Tooting are among three bakeries in the running to win in the Greater London category at this year’s National Bakery Awards.
The two bakeries join The Dusty Knuckle in the category along with 227 other nominees from across the UK, including the prestigious Harrods Bakery in Knightsbridge among them.
The awards will also recognise Social Enterprise Bakery of the Year, Young Baker of the Year, Outstanding Contribution to Bakery, and the ultimate title, National Bakery of the Year, with the awards ceremony set to take place on November 25 in London.
