The incident in Thornhill Gardens was reported to the Metropolitan Police at 9.20pm on October 18.
London’s Air Ambulance was dispatched to the scene alongside the London Ambulance Service.
A teenage boy was taken to hospital with a stab wound.
His condition has been described as life-threatening but stable at this time.
A man, whose age is unknown, has been arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm.
A Met Police spokesperson said: “At around 21:20hrs on Saturday, 18 October police were called to reports of stabbing in Thornhill Gardens, E10.
“Officers attended alongside the London Ambulance Service and London’s Air Ambulance. A teenage boy was found at the scene suffering a stab injury. He has been taken to hospital for treatment where his condition is described as life threatening but stable.

“One man, whose age is yet to be confirmed, has been arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm. An investigation into the circumstances continues at pace.”
