Cameron McKendry-Brown stole from the High Street shop six times between May 20 and July 18.
He stole £1,100 of flavoured protein powders – on one day he stole £300 of powder before returning to steal another £229 worth.
The 27-year-old shoplifter’s crime spree came to an end on July 18.
He was then charged with six counts of theft from a shop.
McKendry-Brown pleaded guilty to the charges at Bromley Magistrates’ Court.
The defendant was remanded in custody until he is sentenced on November 10.
