Epping Forest District Council has launched its Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) survey, which will run until the end of March 2026.
The survey helps tenants to see how the council is performing as a social housing landlord, and understand how valued tenants feel about it as their landlord.
The telephone survey is for a sample of tenants, and survey company Acuity Research & Practice will begin making calls on the council’s behalf from Monday, October 20.
Another round of the survey will be held in February/March 2026, with Acuity aiming to reach more than 1,000 tenants in total.
The calls, coming from phone number 01992 905307, will be made between 9am and 8pm on weekdays, and between 10am and 6pm on Saturdays.
The survey, which will remain confidential, allows the council to comply with the Regulator of Social Housing requirements.
It also aims to provide the council with insights for comparison with previous surveys.
The results of the last year’s survey can be found on the council’s website.
