Havering Council has received a planning application concerning 27 Heath Park Road.
The proposal, submitted by applicant Mr Tariq, is seeking permission for the “extension of the existing building to create five dwellings”.
According to a design and access statement accompanying the plans, the current use of 27 Heath Park Road is as a HMO.
It is understood that prior to this current use, the property functioned as a children’s day care nursery.
A document prepared by FormArchitecture has revealed plans for “modest extensions” to be built to the existing building to form the new homes, ranging between one, two, and three-bed properties.

It is proposed that the entrance to 27 Heath Park Road should be retained, with potential new units 1 and 2 accessible from here.
On the first floor, access would be had to units 3 and 4, with unit 5 planned for the roof space on the second floor.
A decision is expected to have been made by December 4.
