Odogwu Cash & Carry Food Limited submitted its application to Barking and Dagenham Council on September 25.
The business, based at Unit 11, Midas Industrial Estate, Wantz Road, Dagenham, is seeking permission to sell alcohol for consumption off the premises.

If approved, the proposed hours of sale would be 9am to 8pm from Monday to Saturday, and 11am to 5pm on Sundays.
The full application is available for inspection, free of charge, at Barking Town Hall, Town Hall Square, Barking, IG11 7LU or by emailing licensing@lbbd.gov.uk.
Members of the public can submit written representations to the council’s licensing section until October 23.
