Taylors Newsagent, on Tile Farm Road, Orpington, could sell alcohol off the premises from 7am to 10pm Monday to Saturday, and from 7am to 9.30pm on Sundays, if the application is approved.
The store would be open every day from 6am to 10pm.
Ajantha Jakan submitted the application to the licensing authority at the London Borough of Bromley.
People wishing to comment on the application must do so in writing to the licensing authority at Churchill Court, 2 Westmoreland Road, Bromley, BR1 1AS, or via email to licensing@bromley.gov.uk.
The deadline for submissions is October 28, 2025.
Late submissions will not be considered.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
