The Office for National Statistics and Land Registry have released new figures looking at median (average) house prices for every Middle Layer Super Output Area (MLSOA) in all England and Wales local authorities.
The most recent data refers to the year ending March 2025.
The area in Havering with the most expensive median house price according to the figures is Emerson Park with an £857,500 average.
The second most expensive is Upminster South & Corbets Tey with an average of £730,000 whilst Upminster North & Cranham West comes in third place with £647,500.
Rise Park placed fourth with an average of £552,500 and Gidea Park placed fifth with an average of £540,000.
The sixth, seventh and eighth places were compiled of Romford East, Ardleigh Green and Cranham East with respective averages of £516,000, £480,000 and £475,000.
Romford North was in ninth place with an average of £465,000 and Hylands completed the top 10 most expensive neighbourhoods in Havering with a £464,000 median house price.
At the other end of the table Central Romford had the cheapest average price according to the data with £300,000.
Harold Hill East was the second cheapest with £368,750 and Rainham West followed with £392,500.
Rush Green and Harold Hill West were next in the ranking with averages of £403,500 and £406,000 respectively.
The sixth cheapest neighbourhood proved to be Petersfield Avenue & Duck Wood with an average price of £407,000 and Dagnam Park & Noak Hill placed seventh from bottom with £410,000.
In eight, ninth and tenth place respectively were Romford South with £415,000, Hornchurch Marshes with £420,000 and South Hornchurch with £422,000.
