The incident happened outside Shell station in Blackfen Road just after 12.15pm today (October 6).
Officers and London Ambulance Service crews attended and found a man who had been involved in a crash.
He treated at the scene before being taken to hospital where his condition is unknown at this stage.
We have contacted Metropolitan Police for further information.
A spokesperson for London Ambulance Service said: “We were called today (Mon 6) at 12.16pm to reports of a road traffic collision in Blackfen Road, Sidcup.
“We sent resources including ambulance crews, incident response officers, advanced paramedic practitioners and a clinical team manager.
“We treated a man at the scene before taking him to hospital.”
