The London Fire Brigade took the first of 42 calls reporting the fire at 4.05pm on September 13.
The fire broke out on the second floor car park C in Montfichet Road.
70 firefighters from crews across Stratford, Poplar and Leytonstone were dispatched to the scene, with a 32-metre turntable ladder used to help extinguish the flames.
Around ten vehicles were destroyed by fire, with a further ten vehicles sustaining varying amounts of damage as a result of the heat.

The shopping centre was evacuated by on-site security as a precaution and remained closed for the rest of the day.
It was brought under control by 5.55pm.
The fire is being treated as accidental and believed to have been caused by an undetermined fault within the engine compartment of a diesel-powered car.
