Yeray Sanchez-Morales and another boy were attacked near a McDonalds in Old Kent Road on August 27.
Yeray was taken to hospital in a life-threatening condition, however, he died from his injuries on September 3.
The other boy has since been discharged from hospital.
Four other boys were previously charged in connection with the incident.
On September 4, a 15-year-old boy was charged with murder, grievous bodily harm and possession of an offensive weapon.
A separate 16-year-old boy was arrested on September 5 for the same offences and charged on September 6.
On September 7, two 17-year-olds were arrested and charged with the same offences.
The 15-year-old appeared at the Old Bailey while the other 4 all appeared at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on September 8.
A 17-year-old boy has been charged with the murder of Yeray.
He is now the fifth person to be charged in connection with the fatal stabbing.
The boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, is charged with murder, grievous bodily harm and possession of a bladed article.
He is due to appear at Bromley Magistrates’ Court today (September 11).
Police are still appealing for witnesses to the incident, which happened outside a busy McDonalds on Old Kent Road to come forward, including anyone who was driving and may have dash cam footage.
