The incidents unfolded between September 7 and 8 in Dagenham and Brixton.

Boy, 17, in hospital after shooting in Dagenham
A 17-year-old boy was taken to hospital after a shooting outside a block of flats in Dagenham.
Police were alerted to reports of gunshots heard and a large group presence in Braintree Road at 6.21pm on September 7.

Officers attended and found the group had dispersed.
A short while later, a suspicious vehicle was seen nearby and police pursued it to Abercorn Gardens, Romford.
One of the occupants discarded items, including two zombie knifes, which were recovered by police.
The car stopped for a second time in Barley Lane, Ilford, with police arresting two 17-year-old boys and a 19-year-old man on suspicion of possession of offensive weapons.
All three males remain in custody.
The boy self-presented to hospital with gunshot wounds that are not believed to be life-threatening or life-changing.
Police enquiries are ongoing.
Man, 27, dies after double shooting in Brixton Hill
A 27-year-old man has died after a double shooting in Brixton Hill.
Two men, aged 20 and 27, were found injured in Forster Road at 8.50pm on September 8.
They were taken to hospital where the 27-year-old victim died in the early hours of this on September 9.

His family have been notified and are being supported by specialist officers.
The 20-year-old man’s injuries are not believed to be life-threatening or life-changing.
He remains in hospital.
Detective Chief Inspector Sarah Lee, who is leading the investigation, said: “My team are working at pace to establish the full circumstances that led to this man’s tragic death.
“Our thoughts remain with the victim’s family and friends at this very difficult time. They continue to be supported by specialist officers.
“A crime scene remains in place and residents can expect to see increased patrols in the local area as we carry out enquiries.
“We urge anyone in or around New Park Road to look at any doorbell or camera footage and share anything that may be of use with police.”
