The new store will open its doors on September 4, becoming the fifth location in the capital following Richmond, Paddington, the O2 and Chiswick.
The 950 sq ft site on Muswell Hill Broadway was previously occupied by another fashion brand Jigsaw, which closed last October.
Founded in the back of a windsurfing shop in Salcombe in 1993, Crew Clothing is known for its timeless, sporty, south coast style for men, women, and children.
They sell classic coats, rugby and polo shirts, sweaters, jeans and accessories – with its signature tee shirt the Breton stripe – and support British sport including the England Red Roses, the Lawn Tennis Association, and Henley Royal Regatta.
The fast expanding brand has a goal of opening 20 new UK stores in 2025 and its move to the affluent suburb is part of the plan.
To celebrate the opening, and the new AW25 collection available to shop in store, Crew is inviting customers to enjoy complimentary Nyetimber sparkling wine tasters throughout the opening day.
They will also be offering a free gift with every spend over £75.
Posting on the Muswell Hill and Fortis Green Association Facebook page one local welcomed the news writing: “At last! Men’s clothing in Muswell Hill.”
Suzanne Wildey, head of retail south for the brand said: “We’re thrilled to be opening a new location in the vibrant Muswell Hill neighbourhood.
“We hope customers both new and existing are excited to shop our autumn range in person, and we can’t wait to welcome them through the doors with fizz and an enticing gift with purchase.
“We’ve had an exciting year already, with the launch of new ranges and several new store openings. We’re entering a period of growth as a business, and we’re continuing to see strong demand for bricks-and-mortar retail.
“Muswell Hill feels like a natural fit for the brand, we’re looking forward to opening in an area where we know there are already fans of the Crew. There’s plenty more in the works for Crew, too, and I’m so excited for what’s up and coming.”
Crew Clothing opens at 152 Muswell Hill Broadway, N10 on September 4.
