Paramedics were called at 3.54am on August 25 with reports of a person unwell in Broadway.
An ambulance crew, advanced paramedic and an incident response officer were dispatched to the scene with paramedics in fast response cars.
The first responder arrived in less than four minutes of the incident being reported.
A man was pronounced dead at the scene.
The London Ambulance Service confirmed it checked over a group of people.
A spokesperson said: “We were called at 3.54am yesterday (25 August) to reports of an unwell person in Broadway, Bexleyheath.

“We sent an ambulance crew, paramedics in fast response cars, an advanced paramedic and an incident response officer to the scene. The first paramedic arrived in less than four minutes.
“Sadly despite the best efforts of our teams, a man died at the scene.
“We also checked over a number of people at the scene.”
