The changes are due to engineering work and will affect trains from Tuesday to Friday (August 26 to August 29).
We have outlined and simplified the details so you can plan your journey this week.
Engineering work is taking place overnight at various locations on the Southeastern network, closing some lines.
Tuesday only (August 26):
The 12.10am train from London Victoria to Ramsgate train will be replaced by buses between Sittingbourne and Ramsgate calling at all stations except Teynham.
Passengers who are travelling to Teynham will have a taxi arranged from Sittingbourne.
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (August 26 to August 28):
From 11.15pm until the end of service, trains between London Victoria and Orpington via Beckenham Junction will be diverted between London Victoria and Shortlands calling additionally at Denmark Hill.
Replacement buses will run between Denmark Hill and Orpington via Beckenham Junction calling at all stations from Herne Hill to Orpington.
Passengers travelling to or from Brixton can use the London Underground between Victoria and Brixton at no extra cost.
The 12.25am train from London Victoria to Ashford International train will run later, leaving London Victoria at 12.36am.
From 11.45pm until the end of service services between Bromley North and Grove Park will not run.
Wednesday and Thursday (August 27 and August 28):
The 10.10pm train from London Victoria to Dover Priory will run nonstop between Faversham and Dover Priory and will leave Faversham earlier.
Buses will run between Faversham and Canterbury East non-stop, and Canterbury East and Dover Priory calling at all stations.
From 11.50pm until the end of service, buses will replace trains between Sittingbourne and Faversham, Herne Bay and Ramsgate.
The replacement buses will not serve Teynham as a minibus will run between Sittingbourne and Faversham via Teynham.
The 11.20pm and 11.50pm trains from London St Pancras International to Faversham services will be replaced by buses between Ebbsfleet International, Gillingham and Faversham calling at all stations except Higham, Newington & Teynham.
Wednesday to Friday (August 27 to August 29):
After 12.45am, the last trains between London and Dartford via Bexleyheath will be diverted to Slade Green, and connect with a replacement bus service between Slade Green and Dartford.
From 1am until the end of service, accessible buses replace trains between Slade Green and Dartford.
