Students at Mossbourne Victoria Park Academy celebrated exceptional GCSE grades, with 19 per cent of all results at the top grade 9, and 48 per cent at grade 7 or higher.
Nearly four in five grades were at grade 5 or above.
Head student Pelumi Awonuga said: “I am very happy with my results.
“I wouldnโt have been able to do this without the support of my teachers and I am glad that my hard work came to fruition.”
Another head student, Denton Okeke, also thanked staff for their support.
He said: “I genuinely feel so proud.
“I am so glad that my hard work has paid off.
“The teachers who helped me achieve these results worked so hard โ just as hard as me.”
A standout achiever was Connor Thomson, who earned 12 grade 9s.
Thomas Price and Mia Sharma each secured 11 grade 9s, while James Hull, Amelia Martins, and Hanifah Mostafa each received 10.
Other top performers included Sajida Mukhtar and Denton Okeke, who each achieved nine grade 9s, and Pelumi Awonuga and Jetson Joelson Gilchrist, who both earned eight.
Josef Robinson achieved 10 grade 9s and will attend Westminster School on a rowing scholarship, having taken part in the Mossbourne Rowing programme.
Yuri Bobyliak, who joined the academy from Ukraine in 2022, achieved a grade 9, three grade 8s, two grade 7s, two grade 6s, a grade 5, and a distinction in hospitality BTEC.

In core subjects, 87 per cent of students achieved a grade 4 or higher in both English and maths.
Of those entered for the English Baccalaureate (EBacc), 60 per cent achieved grade 5 or higher in all five subjects.
