Zaher Zaarour, of North Circular Road in Brent, has been charged with murder and possession of a bladed article today (August 21).
The 26-year-old has been remanded into custody and will appear at Willesden Magistrates’ Court on Friday (August 22).
It follows Shazad Khan, 41, being stabbed to death in Monks Park on Tuesday (August 19) at 6.10pm.

According to locals, Shazad was an ice cream man, and his van was distinguishable due to a teddy bear at the front of the vehicle.
An ice cream van could be seen within the police crime scene.
A 31-year-old woman was arrested at the scene for conspiracy to murder but has since been bailed to return in September, pending further enquiries.
Enquiries into the murder continue.
Detective Chief Inspector Paul Waller, who is leading the investigation from the Met’s Specialist Crime Command said:
