Veera Mehta, 16, celebrated the highest possible results in her GCSEs at Claremont High School in Kenton.
Ms Mehta said: “I am in shock but so happy.
“I can’t believe I achieved this and that all my hard work paid off.”
Classmate Aditya Banerjee also achieved nine grade 9s.
He said the secret to his success was “thorough and in-depth preparation.”
Kheya Shah earned grade 9s in maths, chemistry, English literature, and sociology.
She said: “I did much better than I expected and I’m really glad.”
Sylvia Delargy Crawley also secured top marks in biology, history, English language, and drama, and said she was “very happy.”
The school reported that 34 per cent of all grades – around 800 in total – were grade 7 or above.
In science, 60 per cent of students achieved grade 7 or higher in biology, chemistry, and physics.
Headteacher Nicola Hyde-Boughey praised their achievements.
She said: “We are delighted with the outstanding GCSE results our students have achieved this year.
“Their dedication, resilience and hard work have truly paid off, reflecting the exceptional commitment of our pupils, staff and parents.”
