Does Notting Hill Carnival have a bag policy?
Notting Hill Carnival does not have an active bag policy.
However, you should avoid bringing in large backpacks that could get in the way or make it harder to get through crowds.
If possible, keep to smaller bags that can be worn at your front, such as a money belt.
You should also not bring any glass and have more cash on you for food stalls and refreshments in the area.
When is Notting Hill Carnival 2025?
This year, Notting Hill Carnival will take place on Saturday, August 23, Sunday, August 24 and Bank Holiday Monday, August 25.
The first day, Saturday, is the Steel Band Competition Day, which is a ticketed-only event.
